    Sure did

It is not allowed to create a 'CNAME' record if an 'A' record with the same name exists. First delete the 'A' record. spacer.giferr_lb.giferr_rb.gifspacer.gifCreate an CNAME (Alias) record in gjohnstone.com Configuration-Sample You want to have: www.gjohnstone.com pointing to 'www.another-domain.com' You have to enter:
    • 'www' as '(Sub-)Domain' and 'www.another-domain.com' (your desired domain alias) as 'Alias'
    Add entry for domain: gjohnstone.com Alias (CNAME-Entry) (Sub-)Domain: . Alias: www.smugmug.com

do u have an A record defined already ?

If so, delete it and do the CNAME first.
