the Sigma 120-300 Isnt just for soccer

ive had my 120-300 Sigma put away in storage since my son broke his wrist playinmg soccer, i never thought to try it as a birding lens.
has always been used exclusively for soccer - i didnt want to hurt "his" feelings but it seems to be able to take a good bird pic too!

    ohhh! I like it!! They only tiny thing is that the focus seems to be sharpest on his foot. Really nice capture, glad you found another use for the lens and I hope your son's wrist gets better soon!

    Nice shot!
    Sigma doesn't get the PRESS it should IMHO.
    Sigma makes a great lens and they aren't overly expensive either.

    I haven't seen any bad reviews of any their EX DG series.

    My personal feelings are they are at least 98% if not 100% equal in photo quality as any "L" lens in the same caliber. ne_nau.gif
