When I interned in D.C., I passed through this building almost everyday and not once did I think to look up. Thanks for sharing!
Lots of folks don't. I once read a book that said the best place to hide was high, as people usually look low.
When wandering around with a camera, I find it really pays off to look in every direction - including backwards. You never know where that next interesting shot will be coming from.
