    I won 1st place with this shot in the annual National Center For Nature Photography contest. I spoke to a naturalist there who said this was an American Tree Frog. He surprised me by saying it is a local species as I have NEVER seen one here in NW Ohio.

    I shot this little guy outside New Orleans.
