2,9,12, and 14 are my favorites but I think they could all use some post process work.

Why did you shoot all of them in b&w? Is there any color shots you can show too?

    Good work Mikko! thumb.gif

I like the first one, especially the way you anchored the foreground.

Very nice bunch of shots there! I especially like the Japanese Garden quality of No.1. And I also like 6, 9, and 13. Good work.

    Mikko

2, 3, and 9 I find to be the most interesting of the seriesthumb.gif

I find your use of black and white well worth the effort in these three images. In regards to creative workflow, I too enjoy shooting an entire series in black and white as compared with plucking out color images in post.

Great stuff. I particularly like #2.

When did you take these? I thought the park was closed in winter? We had talked about driving to Yosemite in the early spring - like end of March but I thought the good stuff would all be closed.

Thanks Anwmn1, DavidS, Skippy, Lille G, Marc Muench, Deano 955, Tsu Dho Nihm, Quark, Erich6 and Prezwoodz.

Quark the park is open year around. However, they close certain sections due to snow and ice.

    Thwack,

Yes, this one was taken right below Bridalveil Fall.

    Thanks for taking a look.
