I fully expect to be told that I didn't see some bulletin about some scheduled downtime, but here goes anyway. I have 4 out of hundreds of pictures uploaded to a gallery, and lots of eager people waiting to see the rest!

Hi Nimai, looks like there's a problem with Roadrunner

My suggestion is to contact your ISP and see what they say, but also that these sorts of things usually sort themselves out in short order.

What gives it away as a RR prob?
From my Cingular broadband card, I get this. Is this healthy?

No, not healthy....

It actually could be not RR, maybe Level3 is the problem. But you have Problemes beginning at hop 3 with your cingular card...

Man - so much for my redundant home internet solution! :P

Seems odd that two completely different networks would be having trouble getting to smugmug/dgrin. Maybe some big chunk of internet infrastructure got hosed?

San Antonio Similar
The originator is out of Austin it looks like and I'm in San Antonio and SmugMug is exhibiting the same behavior for me. Thought it was RR, but other sites are not showing the same behavior.

Doing a 115 pic upload, avg size @ 2MB, 73 of 115 so far and it's taken over an hour so far.

Still troubleshooting...

I am not sure what this tells you, since my tracert is complete, but I can only occasionally access my page. And, when I am lucky enough to connect there are many errors--most importantly, no photos show up. I have tried Mozilla, Firefox and IE from 3 seperate computers in my house with the same result.
