Ok, so truth be told, Chad convinced me that other entry wasn't bold or creative enough. I don't typically like entering client work for a challenge, I like taking shots with the sole intent of entering.

What do you think about this entry vs. the other one? 43 minutes and counting! :dunno :D133873522-L.jpg

I wish I was still that thin...oh you mean what do I think of it as an entry...

I like soft pics. It seems discreet the way the woman is in shadow. I like that. I'm not sure about the focus being on the pillows, but could be convinced:) Finally, the bright, reflective pics (?) on the wall seem a little distracting to me, but I wouldn't want to necessarily see the wall bare. Hope that helps:)

oh i'm far from thin! believe me. i think the shadows were quite forgiving.

i guess i was going for a voyeuristic type of perspective, the figure out of focus but from the viewpoint of the other side of the bed. maybe it just all needs to be out of focus? i could change that.

    thanks for the feedback....

i wouldn't have pushed myself to do something different and creative if it wasn't for you. and i need that challenge more than i need votes or "attagirl"s!

i'm really flattered by your comment, thank you.

i'm just glad Truth gave me the straight shot about my other entry, and forced me to think outside the box. I'm growing fond of the image myself, so i'm thankful for the process!
