  Great shots Randy. I'm new to this and am going to be shooting fastpitch softball. what kind of setting can I use to freeze the action like in your pics. Thank

  to freeze a human it takes 1/400 min but 1/640 is prefered.
  to freeze a baseball it takes 1/2000 min but 1/3000 is prefered so u can see the laces/
  i'd suggest shoot at f2.8 to f4 and bump up iso to get a fast ss
