Lava Flowing from Volcano

now before you say, "That's it", let me explain.
this image was taken from the Ship Pride Of America as we were circling the Island around 10:00 at night. It was a cloudy night and no lights. Had to shoot with the fastest lens i brought, 17-55 IS f/2.8. The ship was moving quite fast! I was not shlepping a tripod around on vacation so had to take the image handheld ( leaning on railing ).
we were not allowed to get any closer to the shore than where we were.
my wife and four kids had P&S cameras and took the same shot. There images are totally black with a few specs of redness! I think im lucky to get what i got....
The whole experience of the volcano was "organic",

It's just mesmerizing to watch up close (but *very* hot!).
