Sure, It's a fantastic place run by a man named Art Weber. They have a permanent gallery of some of the nations top nature photographers. They also host visiting collections.

They offer educational programs as well as nature photoshoots led by Art and Bob Jasky (a naturalist). I go on the photoshoots when they offer opportunities I cannot get on my own.

    Hey Brian,

Sweet. Every one is a winner. What lens were you using?

My mom loves birds. I sent her the link to this thread, thinking she'd get a kick out of it.

Lovely images Greaper. Were these birds free ranging or tethered?

Fantastic - all of them, but especially the first red-tailed hawk. I love that "pose". That sounds like a great shooting opportunity.

Just beautiful Greaper! They almost look three dimensional. I specially like the red tailed hawk and the Harris hawk.

We have red tailed hawks around here. They hunt while soaring over our hillside and sometimes land on our deck railing. I wish I had a better zoom lens so I could get some pictures.

These are really super pictures. Well done. thumb.gifthumb.gif
