70-200VR test run, New Zealand .

Yesterday I took my shiny new 70-200VR for a test drive , the constant 2.8 is like a dream to work with and I'm glad some of you helped to talk me into it .
The first picture is from my balcony in the morning ..

Then there were a few out in the back yard of my mates place , we are always competing , he uses an Olympus :cry but I still associate with him :dunno

    I really like the first shot. Maybe a bit more lighting, but it is a great capture!

    In winter that's the sight that greets me from my window most foggy mornings , the ttl version was a bit bright so i dialed back about 2 stops to make it look like it really was . You don't have a Nikon !??? and you know how to use a computer headscratch.gifeek7.gif . Don't worry , I wish my Nikon had Olympus dust reduction !
