I was in Moab last weekend and had an unbelievable time! I practically forgot my last name I was so relaxed! I bullied this pic around in post and came up with a surreal sort of feeling that I thought you guys might appreciate. For those who remember me, sorry I've been away for so long...

hoping this message finds you well -Ian

ps. If my schedule permits, there should be more to come!

    Thanks Skippy,

We got dumped on shortly after I took this pic! I was told, the reason the rocks look so weird is because they are made up of different types of rock which errode at different rates and you get the weaker one falling away from the stronger. It sure makes for some pretty amazing formations like this one called "double arch"...

    Thanks wxwax,
Yeah, I got lucky, usually around this time in Moab the sky is so clear, all you ever get is a blue gradient. But I sure ended up paying for it, I got soaked to the bone! Here's another one for ya!

    Thanks,

I shot a couple before I started to worry about the camera. Not terribly exciting, but here's one of 'em... enjoy!
