We spent 2 weeks in Italy in april. One week was a dedicated week of road cycling and training in Riccione, but the remaining week was a whirlwind tour of the major points of interst between Rome and Trento and back.

These are a few of my favourites:

The Grand Canal at twilight

We sat along the canal and enjoyed some presecco wine (like champagne but nicer) and watched as the sun went down and the shops turned their lights on.

Very nice galleries, Don. A neat variety of shots....I enjoy people shots, and I'm always glad when others include the locals, as well as family/friends in their shots. Looks like a great trip, I hope to make it some day! Thanks for sharing.

Nice photos, I like your panning scooter shot. We just came back from Roma/Firenze ourselves. I haven't met anyone who doesn't like Italy!

I love the unique perspectives. The rush hour image is so interesting. Great job.
