Please tell me he's still not sitting like that, patiently.... waiting.... waiting.... hungry....

    :D

Neat pic of a cool looking and obviously well-trained doggie.

Adorable! Who couldn't love that? Good use of selective DOF too. It draws the eye immediately to the point of interest but leaves the expression enough in focus to tell the rest of the story.

    Good job

Thanks for looking everyone. Well she was very patient with me. It was very dark and I had a hard time getting the focus to lock so I went manual. Needless to say, she got a couple cookies by the time I was able to actually get the shot.

If you ever want to get frustrated I suggest trying to use AF on a black dog in very low light. :bash

Good dog and nice picture. :D You can see the anticipation by his body language.

Now tell me how you get a good exposure on a black dog?

I have a black Miniature Schnauzer and I just cant seem to get a decent picture of him without messing up the background exposure.

    Haven't tried flash!
