Sparkle Bike!

I don't know if any of you have done this before.

I used fireworks sparklers to trace my mountain bike in my garage at night using long exposure.

It's only 30 seconds using one sparkler.

Oh and I ride this to work everday since gas prices are so high!

Ahhhhhhhhhhh that is super clever clap.gif
I see your bike behind the sparkler light, it's really only the spokes that give it away :D

Welcome to Dgrin, I'm sure you'll love it here, and thank you for sharing your work .

Did you stand behind the bike and trace it?
Or race around the front of the bike and trace it headscratch.gif

What a wonderful thing to try, and an excellent result :ivar .... Skippy

    Thank you both!

I started at the right side of the bike and moved left in front of it. I wasn't moving very fast but just enough so I didn't show up in the photo.

I have several of these types of photos, cars, trucks, and even a wheelbarrow Laughing.gif!

    Tip: Wear black clothes.

Nice way to adapt light painting thumb.gif I was doing some sparkler shots myself last weekend, but in a little more mundane fashion. I forgot how much fun they were :D
