This was my entry for the Bridges theme on DPC. It's getting a fair vote, but I'm always looking for extra feedback.

It is the Gunningsvilled Bridge, linking Moncton, NB to Riverview, NB. It's well over 80 years old, and was shipped up from Quebec in the early 1900's when the original one burnt down. This bridge was originally a train crossing bridge, but they reconstructed some of it for cars.

I shot it from the Riverview side; b/w feature; ISO 100; F2.6; used PSP7 to up the sharpness a tad.

My main question would be, do you think the B/W works with this shot, and does the snow hinder it?

Thanks for any input. :):

    Heidi
    I like the shot
I think the B/W works good imo like the sharpness of it
But I wouldn't have known it was snow it looks like rugged earth to me
    Lots of cool texture clap.gifclap.gif

    Thanks

Thanks! I wish it were summer (like I always do) lol. The snow is kinda dirty right now as it's melting. I think I would have left it in colour if it were summertime. :/
