I love the way Schmoo is able to transform old dicarded machinery into veritable works of art. While on a meander the other day, I came across the object below sitting out on someone,s front lawn.:scratch
I thought I'd have a go at isolating various parts and tweaking them. Be kind, this whole artsy thing is new to me.

Hmmmm well I'm sure if it was on my fathers lawn,
he'd be telling my mother "it might come in handy some day"
See it did have a use after all, you could take photos of it.

Of these I like the last shot the most as well. Lots of potential with that piece if you can get permission to get a lot closer.

Not a great advertisement for air travel safety IMO!!! Makes you wonder how it got there! Neat shots and I like your first attempt at composing and processing these. My only nit would be that they could be sharper, although you probably weren't carrying around a tripod! Good find.
