I got mine! Then went to Eastern Mountain Sports and got a couple of 3/4" buckles and some webbing and made a quick release.

Can you make me a quick release?

So far this is the only thing that has prevented my from attaching my strap to my camera.

Hey Anne, I'm in Nova Scotia. Mine arrived October 31st in a smal envelope in my mailbox, no customs form or anything, just a lovely, comfortable smugmug strap.
Please feel free to retouch and repost my images. Critique, Suggestions, and Technique tips always welcomed. Thanks for your interest.

    Hi Ann

Just like Salazar said a nice small package slightly bigger than a normal envelope and no customs or duty stuff. It looks mighty fine on my new 30D.

I too received mine in Nova Scotia last week.

What an upgrade over my Canon strap! I had stopped using a neck strap, because it was too stiff and wasn't comfortable. I was using only a camdapter hand strap and a battery grip, but I put the Smugmug strap on right away (with the camdapter strap still on) and I love it.

I got my strap on Friday! I wasn't expecting it so soon, I thought that I missed the cutoff for the first shipment, but it came. Now I just need to figure out how to attach it to my camera (not an SLR, the slots are too small). But, If I figure it out, it will be a huge improvement over the stock Fuji one.

    Regards,
    James

Hmmm I can't seem to find your request. Did you submit it by email? And was the name on the address the same as on your SmugMug account?

If you could PM me your address, I'll get it sent out as soon as I can.

Mine arrived in Edmonton before the snow! More comfy than the Canon strap and also looks better. IMHO

    Thanks Smugmug!:ivar

    Thank you Mr. SmugMug :)
I just want to say thank you for the cool parcel that arrived at my house today. I never thought it would come, being as I am on the other side of the world, but my very cool SmugMug camera strap arrived today. :D

It went on the camera as soon as it came out of the wrapper and is much better than the Canon one that came with the camera.

It's nice and comfy. I'm a happy boy tonight and I can't wait to flash my new bling at the jealous hordes.

    Thank you bowdown.gif

Sorry, you were a few days past the cut-off for the first batch. The second batch still won't arrive for at least 30 days. Hate to say it, but you'll be lucky if you get it before Christmas.

You missed it, sorry. We had enough to ship straps for all the requests before the 21st of October and a few from the 22nd. I do have your request and you are near the front of the line for the next batch. :D
