I got my 70-20 f/2.8 IS a few weeks ago! Ahhh!!!! LOVE it!!!! :lust

What do you think of the shot? -Wide open...

    Nice bokeh and shot indeed...Looks a bit soft my opinion...Probably sharper arround 5,6+ ?

    Flat... not too sure about that... but hey... the taste is like the *** :-) I had a look at some of your comments, and judging from several of them I see you think that quite few are flat. Perhaps it's just my screen, or yours..? -Most of the ones I had a look at were "ok".

    -Not that I use something fancy... (just a 24 inch Widescreen iMAC).

    That said... I had a look at some of your stuff... pretty cool.

    -I will return... with a comment or two!

    Great shot! I have been lusting over that lens since may, and I have been saving every single extra penny.

    I'm hoping santa might help chip in the rest! :D

    I think it could use just a touch more pop but otherwise is a fantastic portrait. I love the bohek and agree that is a WONDERFUL lens. (You mean the 70-200, right?) Congrats! :D
