    You are right
    It has some nice views but not very big or spectacular. I believe it belong(ed) to Barbara's family prior to becoming to Bush place. (hence the name Walkers Point)

    what is a compound? Is it the Bush family vacation house?
    Can you walk up there? No security around? Or is it an island?

    They refer to it as a compound but in reality it is just a vacation home. They do have secret service there so you cannot walk up to it. But it is not surrounded as a compound would suggest. The photos I have are from the road about 3000 feet away. (distance is a guess, may only be half that)
