Guitar Hero is Awesome

I'll tell ya that this thing is so cool! I never knew what it was until I visited a friend this past weekend with two teens. They were playing Guitar Hero III on PS 2 and within 10 minutes I was addicted! I was belting out songs back from the 70's and 80s - what a blast!!!
I bet there are many adults who "secretly" get into this ......
For awhile I forget all about photography related stuff - that felt pretty good too.....

I bet there are more than enough dgrinners playing Guitar Hero than one would expect.....:wink

    I'm right there with you! I have all 3 of them, and I love playing the songs. So many of them are from around when I grew up, and it's really a walk through memory lane. :D I hadnt' used my PS2 for probably 4 years before this game came out, but it's back up on the shelf now. he he. clap.gif

    My son is playing on PS3 - he just beat the devil and was all pumped up! I think it's great, and my boys keep saying "Dad, you know this song?"

    Classic rock makes a comeback through video games!:D

    I got it for my son and now I am addicted. I have already beaten easy and moved on to medium. Man It gets tough!....lol.

    we have wii, but we dont have GH yet, I think the best buy near you has it and Ill probably go today and get it if its in...

    I've played a few times with my kids, and it is addiciting. I've seen my nephew play, and he is unbelievable. Not nearly to the level as the kid in the video, but still good. He also told me that friend played the same song, same level and his XBOX displayed the dreaded red lights (Christmas light error).

    Sadly, I was playing with the nieces and nephews over Xmas.

    Them (all<16 years old) = Difficult & 92%
