Well we were blanketed with fog today and on my way to work this morning I turned the car around and decided to call it a camera day. Luckily I have flex hours..
Here is one of the shots. Please feel free to tear it apart..

    It's working now. thumb.gif

I really love this shot, but I can't decide if I like the color in the bottom corner, or if it's too distracting. Part of me feels like it really adds to the image, but it keeps pulling my eye down to the corner and I can't seem to focus and the rest of the image.

It's nice to see such creative use of those flex hours. :D

I really really really really love this photo. I for one love the subtle bit of color in the corner.

That's a real nice shot, and clever use of selective colouring too clap.gif

Is that some kind of trolley line, it looks too narrow to be a train line?

Thanks for sharing Dave thumb.gif .... Skippy :D

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Much appreciated...Its actually a top of a small damn that is used to govern the flow of water downstream for one of the small rivers nearby. The tracks are used to guide a rolling winch system which lowers or raises the wood slides controlling water flow..

    Thanks again

That's what I liked...it's as if the fog is sucking the color out of the scene. Great picture. thumb.gif

This is a very nice photograph! I too am undecided about the colouring.. I like it, but I'm sure I'd like it all black and white as well. That indecisiveness on my part aside, wonderful photo once again!
