Is this an Infrared shot ??

I wish it would snow in the part of Australia that I live in,
it looks so pretty, but with the pretty snow comes cold and slush etc right.

Looks like you have a decent sized backyard eek7.gif
Enjoy your snow, just cause you can thumb.gif .... Skippy :D

    Hiya Skippy,

It actually is not an infrared shot. I shot it with my Canon EF IS USM 28-135mm using a 15 second exposure obviously on a tripod to a deal with the fact I shot it at 5:30PM which this time of year is dark out.

Virgin snow is absolutely beautify...but yes unfortunately it looses its luster very quickly when it begins to melt.

Yes our yard is quite big...bout the place in '97 and have a 1/2 acre which we had landscaped about 3 years ago and our children and their friends absolutely love it.

    Well talk to you soon.
