Great light in those pics. What sparrow is that in the first pic?
If I had to guess I would say it is a Savannah Sparrow.

...... but that last shot looks like it has a good bit of blue cast to it ?? Please don't tell me that bird is blue.

Not your monitor there is a blue cast to the snowy. He was in shadow and significantly cooler than the reflective water. I decided to go with it instead of balancing it out. I liked the warm and cool contrast. Not everyone's thing I know! Had the snowy been in the sunlight he would have been gold!
