WTB:Just got my D200 (first digital camera after many film years)and find programming and use challenging, even with Nikon D200 manual and tutorial. Any easily understandable (w/detailed 1-2-3)instructional (printed or DVD), perhaps left over from someone who upgraded to D3 or D300 will help this ancient photographer trying to catch up with his digital colleagues. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
