    Seems there are a number of issues related to DNG files and time stamps on the Windows version. The Mac version seems to not suffer from the same problems.

    I guess the fact that the vast majority of the Lightroom team and the testers use Macs shows in the QA mwink.gif

    There are some top notch Windows users that test for Adobe. It just did not happen to get caught.

    Not everyone uses DNG, either. The time thing is actually kinda old. Don't know why that wasn't fixed.

    Sure, but they're more testers than developers.

    Note I know this isn't 100% the case, but still, when I went on the LL trip with Reichman et., al., every single one of them was using a Mac and LR together, and from whom I talked to about the LR team... it's by far the primary platform.

    LR is developed on the Mac and ported to Windows, that's one reason you'll see the team using Mac's so much (among other things).
