:cry :cry :cry I been having problems on my last 5 orders with my back printing and so far your [EMAIL="help@smugmug"]help@smugmug[/EMAIL] having been able to fix this matter can I have a phone # to speak to someone that can really help me?

    Hi Corona,

    We're sorry you're having trouble. As Doc mentioned, you have your backprinting set differently in different places throughout your site. If you want consistency, you should remove the backprinting text from within the Customize Gallery options entirely.

    Then, simply set it once in your Control Panel, and that will be used for each gallery that has an empty backprinting area.

    Also be sure when using the special SmugMug backprinting keywords, to use CAPITAL LETTERS. For more info, see http://www.smugmug.com/help/print-backprinting

    #1: Erase ALL your backprinting everywhere.
    #2: Go to your Control Panel and set your backprinting there exactly how you want it to appear on ALL of your prints in any gallery. Be sure to capitalize any backprinting keywords as above.
    #3: Please remember, backprinting is only printed on prints 8x10" and smaller. This is a limitation of the printer/lab.
