You won't learn much about photography from this simple snapshot but I wanted you to see what I have to deal with when I want to sit in my computer chair. From left to right, that's Bucky, Dusty, and Cocoa.

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Those cats are so pretty. I've never seen brown cats before. I gotta keep my eye out for a kitten :D

RE: Chair. Yeah, if I stand up even for a second my cat is instantly "napping" in my chair/couch/etc - I guess they just love us huh?

    Howdy All

Love seeing all the Mousers, do any of the Burmese or Orientals have a tail that curls and stays next to their sides? We have a cat with that type of
body style and head and is so different from any cat we've ever had.
    Take care,

The Orientals love to sit with their long tails wrapped around their bodies. I did have a Singapore street cat that had a hooked tail that he would curl up like a piggy's tail. He was called Captain Hook because of it and we lost him within the past year of diabetic complecations he was truely one of a kind. These Oriental breeds are really very different from the local tabbies.

Awwwwww how cute, my Kitty is not the slightest bit interested in the computer chair, or the couch for that matter.

She loves the place mat I put in front of the heater instead.
For a cat that was never raised in my house, or by me,
she is extremely well behaved inside the house :D

Ya gotta love da face iloveyou.gif how cute is she hu ??

    Skippy....

Wouldn't you give anything to know what's on your cat's mind when they look at you like that? The degree of mutual love and affection we can develop with these critters is amazing.

With our cat I have a good idea which of two thoughts it maybe.....
    Where's the My food?
    or
    Where's the Hand?

    Meaning,

Why aren't you scratching and petting me, already?headscratch.gif

    Howdy,

Here's Duncan, he's the one I was telling you about with the curling tail.

He normally holds it along his side, but with it curled in a circle.

    Panther...

I've seen a few cats that exhibit unusual tail positions. Ususally it's just a quirk of nature, sometimes it's a reflection of a past injury or an existing medical condition.
