Kyoto Cherry Blossoms by night

I was wandering home from the station last night and snapped some pics of the cherry blossoms along the way. (Also a few from earlier in the day) Enjoy. Comments welcome.

Geeze mate, even after all that alcohol you could take pics? Good thing your new D300 has automatic focus, thing practically takes pictures for ya!!

WOW! I love the blossoms even better by night. The atmosphere is so different, and still so beautiful.

Are those sake barrels on the boat?

Mate, the 2 hour walk did me wonders! Auto focus is a saviour indeed

Yeah it is totally different at night and very beautiful indeed. Those are sake barrels. Traditionally they were brought to the shop there by boat, but somehow I doubt they still do...
