Sales Question or I Might be Missing It

A couple of things I have noticed that could be helpful (in addition to an already great site!) in the Pro Sales Area.
1 - Under Control Panel > Pro Sales - I would like to see a something that tells me whether or not I have processed an order. I constantly worry and review the same orders to make sure I caught them all.
2 - An easier way for me to tell (when I am logged in of course) what size file I have uploaded. I am uploading 4 Mpix files for speed but need to replace them for prints. Last week I processed an order of 8x12's with 4 Mpix files thinking I had already replaced them.
Are these suggestions possible?
