A Japanese cosmetics firm held a promotional event at which they gave away free fake poppies.

It was hard to avoid being trampled by the greedy crowd so after I got a few pics, I moved to the periphery.

They actually weren't too shabby, and I managed to snag a dozen myself.

    When did you start walking with a cane?
    Love your shots, the color says it all. Love the sea of red in the first pic.
    The portraits are really telling a story, great stuff!!!!

    Not yet, but when I do I plan on using a monopod. Just need to find a handle with an RRS quick release plate. :D
