Customer Service At Its Best :)

I just have to post my satisfaction in the service I received by the crew of smugmug.

There was a shipping problem with my photos I ordered. Seems my photos headed in a different direction then my home

and being late on my end of submitting my order to be displayed in a local Museum I was worried. It just took an email with a quick response from the crew last Friday (20th) -- reprinting of my 18 photos -- and as of today (24th)...my photos are in my hands and I'm another happy smugger :thumb That was 3 business days. Fed-Ex helped to

Thanks Smug...you knew I was in a bind.

Customer service is the key to any successful business and if smug continues on its path of providing such good service you will continue to keep me with you

Yes their support is top notch just a few months ago I ended up with some one else's photos. I e mailed support and told them if they wanted I would forward the photos they thanked me and asked me if I would. they compensated me for the shipping and made it known how much they appreciated it by giving me some extra credits to my account.
just to show how far they will go for the working photographers to stay behind their business. It makes me want to let others know that they really do care about their customers and show it.

We want to see pictures of your pictures in a local museum! Congrats!

Oh and

to smugs customer service. I hear about the actual person to person and emails from another smugger all the time - fotosbyfriend or whatever his smuggy name is.

Its not an art type museum :cry its an historical museum.
