I have been following a pair of mating ospreys on a very high cell tower behind where I work. Today, for the first time, the chick was visable and he is well past baby stage. He usually is in the middle of the nest which makes it impossible to see him but today he ventured to the edge of the nest and I was able to get a couple of shots of him. Mon & Dad (Herb & Mildred) do not like it if anyone walks near the tower. Yesterday they both circled me as I walked closer to get a look. First the squwaks then the swoops.

These were tough to get hope you enjoy them. C&C Welcome and appreciated

Thank you..yes they were. It was 96 degrees and that tower is in the stratosphere. Not to mention one of the adults was buzzing me all the time.
