Hi all. I am currently in the the Solomon Islands, placed at Atoifi Hospital, East Kwaio, Malaita province. I'm here on a medical elective placement and have been keeping a blog with photos.     Good work, The last canoe pano of the first set is my Favorite. I love what your doing! Not the same but Ive spent a few weeks in Mexico in the past doing missions work, and the trips are worth far more than vacation. Great photos!
