Issue trying to signup to Smugmug with Paypal

Hi, trying to join smugmug as my trial is nearing its end. I would like to pay by paypal as it avoids bank fees. I click the paypal link it takes me to this screen:

I click the learn more button (at this stage i'm already logged into my pp account). I am then presented with this screen:

I click "Click here to retry" and I get presented with the same screen.

Same in firefox and IE, not sure whats causing the problem i'll keep retrying but if anyone has an suggestions of what I need to do it would be appreciated.

    Hi Edward, are you using a us paypal account? It's a paypal plugin, that gets you a one-time use paypal visa #.

    Thanks for the fast response, I have a UK account. I just tried again to no avail it gives me the same page not found error. I presume that the Paypal Plugin hasn't been launched to the UK market yet as I can find not mention of it on the product&services page of paypal.co.uk but its on the product&services page of paypal.com.
