SmugMug hanging up frequently

I have noticed when I have been on SM recently that it hangs up frequently and nothing appears on screen except the header and menu.

In the progress bar it is always the same message

Transferring data from pixel.quantserve.com

It will just hang here until I either refresh or go somewhere else. Seems to be a problem with this specific server?

    Will check but it's very likely due to poor connectivity between you and us, please write our help desk the minute this happens again, and we'll run some diagnostics with you. Thanks.
