Great set! How do you even create something like #8? It's pretty nifty :)

Thanks Shima....simply hold your camera very steady, use a slow shutter speed and zoom the lens...Laughing.gif.....OR...simply use the zoom effect in CS3, position it where you want it, mask and paint. :D:D:D

Wow, DAVE, what a great set. Nice job controlling the sunlight! #4 really knocks my socks off. Just phenomenal exposure, colors and moment. And I love the glow effect on that part of her dress, such unique details. I'm glad she took that stubby veil off for this one, the way it defied gravity...it would have detracted.

Nice use of the processing in #3. Looks familiar? headscratch.gifD

#5 is really lovely, some fill light on the B&G would be helpful. But that's a crazy tough exposure with the backlit veil, the flying confetti...still a gorgeous shot.

It's funny, but I rarely get a simple shot a'la #1, but you've reminded me that sometimes simple and straightforward, when done right, can be a nice addition and round out some of the more creative shots. thumb.gif

All in all well done, lovely wedding set, they look gorgeous as they did in their e-session.

And hope you wore sunblock!!!! Poor thing!

Thanks Lynne! Yea, Steve, #5 was a tough one. I took about 6-7 shots, cranked up the flash exposure (I think +1 1/3) ETTL and still was tough with that backlit sun. ne_nau.gif Could bring it up a bit more in post (revisit again)....heheh...now with Lightrooooooooooom 2......I just started using it yesterday......way cool but not as fluid as they show on the videos....and I"m using a 24 Inch IMac with a zillion gigawatz and ram...beats me.

Thanks so much for commenting. I know I lean towards the "traditional" type shots and am always forcing myself to mess around with new techniques but those simple and beautiful ones still turn me on mwink.gif And, no....did not even think about putting sunblock on.....as usual, after the fact the "V-8" moment hits me....duhhhhh.

Laughing.gif :-) I guess we have a new, dgrin-specific moniker, which can easily replace "dude", "man", "bro", "homie", "pardner" and all the rest of the generics. rolleyes1.gif

WOW!! Awesome series, especially considering that light. I love everything about them. Did you use any actions or presets. The pp is great. I am blown away. I checked out your website and love it.
