Pro Pricing - Can I Delete Compact Camera Pricing?

Once I set customer prices for standard 4X6's, 5X7's etc., I can't seem to figure out to REMOVE the options for Compact Camera sizes that are listed way down in the custom pricing my clients see. Because I wasn't offering 4X5.3 compact camera-sized pictures at my cost or at my studio price, SmugMug automatically defaults those prices to 21 cents, etc. and now I have a customer wondering why he/she can't get their pictures for the lower rate.
So, how do I REMOVE those dialog boxes? I only want to offer the standard sizes.

Hi, as with any item - to NOT have it for sale, set that price to $0. More, here: http://www.smugmug.com/help/print-pricing
