Does this email address actually work?. I have sent 3 emails now and they boast about fast email replies but I have not had any yet. This has been over about a 2 week period. What is going on.

    Hm, yes it does - PM me your email addy you are sending from so I can search our entire system - I will also email you directly. Rarely, emails will go to a spam catcher or just not be received - very very rarely.

    I promise fast help - running out for 15 mins now but I'll be right back to you after you pm me.

    Hi Phil, I searched based on your gmail address that we have on file here @ Dgrin, found no emails from you. Do you use a different address to mail the help desk?
