Disabled keywords

Hello everybody!
I've been using Smugmug for some time now and I'm really enjoying it!
Nevertheless I have one issue. I use keywords for all my photos and they appear fine when I'm logged in.
As soon as I log out, all keywords are "disabled": they do not appear beneath the photos, they do not appear in the top 100 keywords on my homepage and I cannot make any search. This is really annoying for my friends.
Did I miss some option?
