Cubs can't play in Houston...Sox can't play in Chicago...and Ric can't play either...#@$%@* RAIN!

So here's what I've filled my time with the last hour or so...an artsy rendition of a Swan just up from a dunk.

    STILL raining!
So I downloaded a copy of Lightroom 2.0 and edited this Turkey shot from last April.

I'm sure I will do better with some experience. The selective adjustment brushes are very cool.

    Thanks, Mike. :D

LR is great...it's made for the working pro which I am not. All I really care about is the develop module...so it's hard to justify $300 for it. It does give you the best developing tools of any raw editor imo.

    Three hundred bucks? Ouch.

Interesting. I didn't know LR could do anything selectively. I'd thought they purposely left out that ability as to not cannibalize CS3 sales. I have friends who rave about Lightroom. Of course as soon as you buy LR2, you know they're going to release LR3. :bluduh

    BTW, nice turkey profiles! wings.gif

My only adversion to LR is the money pit that Adobe has been digging for years...not sure I want to take the leap.

    Thanks, Stephen. :D

I've just started using LR2 and like most of my other edits I have propensity to oversaturate and make dark images. I think this edit may be better.
