    My first reaction is it would be so much better shot if taken from the opposite direction, with light hitting the "heads" and a darker, less distracting, BG.

    Slightly different angle and higher DOF. The light trail you can just see is from the steel ball.

    This is from my trip this past weekend (Blue Ridge Boxster Summit). This shot was taken on one of the overlooks on Grandfather Mountain.

    I think, however, it would be much better if you just
    a) cropped the hell out of the parking lot, and maybe some of the sky, too deal.gif

    You know about the "fresh" rule, don't you? mwink.gif You need to be aware of the WA when taking a shot. Archive shots can only be used for illustration/clarification purposes. deal.gif

    Thanks for the feedback! Virtually all my stuff to date is straight out of the camera. I'm only now starting to appreciate post-processing (thank you bowdown.gif Dgrin!).

    I'll also try posting a larger size next time. Is there a preferred size for posts?

    L-image from SM is always a good choice. Otherwise something that would fir in 800x800 box is considered normal. Parnoramas are exception, naturally...
