smugmug style page number issue

Hi,
I did a search and could not find anthing on this.
When using the smugmug or "smugmug small" gallery styles the page numbers are meesed up.
Instead of getting page X of Y, it only displays pageof Y
Take a look at this example to see what I mean.
I'd appreciate any help in getting this fixed.
Does anyone else have this problem?

    You are hiding the titles and the missing parts are of that class.

    .title { display: none; }
