Sale pricing

This guy I know owns a boat company and wants to purchase some shots I have taken of Humpbacks in Hawaii to put on his brochure at the info kiosks. Any advice on pricing or how to go about not getting screwed in the deal? I have never sold any pictures before. Any help advice whatever is greatly appreciated.

Many people charge based on the number of times the image is used - ie. number of brochures printed, and they pay you a fee based on that. I charge people for full copyright privileges and then move on. I charge $150 per image.
