Popular photos disappeared

I'm no longer popular!!!:cry

Seriously, though, when I click on my "Popular Photos" I get a page that says "Sorry, there are no popular photos!". You all working on something or did the gremlins finally decide it was my turn to get the snafu bug?

    Popular photos disappeared
    I had 180 photos in my popular photos gallery, voted by my visitors over time.

    Today, I replaced two photos which were in this gallery. It's normal that these two images would no longer appear in my popular galleries.

    However, all the 180 (178) photos now have disappeared from my popular photo gallery...

    When I checked the popular photos gallery, I get the message "Sorry, there are no popular photos!" headscratch.gifeek7.gif

    Perhaps stupid but I checked this with the FF, IE and the Chrome browser to make sure I was seeing it right...

    I now (temporarily?) deleted the link to my popular photos to avoid some embarrassment when visitors click on this link and find no popular photos.

    Where are my populars gone??? What went wrong here??

    It looks to me like something is busted at Smugmug. My homepage http://jfriend.smugmug.com shows a whole bunch of popular photos, but the popular photo gallery http://jfriend.smugmug.com/popular says there are no popular photos. Something is busted.

    Should be all fixed, we had a hardware issue, all sorted out now!

    It's weird. When I log in, on my homepage it says "You have no popular photos. Rank some now!" But if I click "Visitor View" or Log out, they appear. They also show up if i click on the "Popular Photos" Subheading.
    Strange indeed.

    Same here as well. Photo timeline is also not working if I'm logged in ("None of your photos are time-stamped please upload some!").

    Looks like the 'time line' is working now.

    Sorry, it looks like the 'Pops' got stuck after our hardware issue :(
    They should now be back on your homepage. :)

    What I did was change the number of photos displayed in the 'Pops', then sent them back into the control panel, then back out to the homepage.
    Check it out to make sure it's working, I checked both logged in & out :)
    Any problems, let us know.....
