Re: >>>LPS#14 Feedback Thread
I hope this isn't entirely too little too late territory, but here goes anyway ;-) 2 - MarkTodd - Breakfast Paradise If Kelloggs were to make a TelliTubbies cartoon it would look like this! A lot of fun to look at. Well done. Kind of a mix of smooth and craggy-ish, but still works for me. 3 - fashiznitsngrins - Hills of… -
Re: PS LAB Color, Chapter 16 -- Recipe for portraits
Female, Middle Aged, African American So far I've walked through the portrait recipe two younger caucasian people. Now let's try a middle aged African-American woman. This will demonstrate two new issues:* A different color balance is required for the overlay blends, and * We have to be careful not to apply… -
Re: >>> SF4 - Feedback Thread
Here goes.... Comments/Critiques: #2 - Autumn Harvest - 3rd. Striking image. So sharp it cuts me. I'd love to see a behind the scenes for this. #3 - Unplugged - Very unusual composition. Interesting as a piece of art. One thing that bothers me is that the monitor should be facing the opposite direction in MHO. #4 - Susan… -
Sagada
Banaue is in the northern part of the Philippines. You can see the Banaue Rice Terraces there. They said it should be the 8th wonder of the world but there are only 7. So I don't know. But the rice terraces are really nice. March 17 we left the house about 9pm then we were in Florida bus station by 10pm. Ticket to Banaue… -

THEN AND NOW A Hip but Controversial Hangout Spans Eras By Cecilia Rasmussen Times Staff Writer March 19, 2006 It survived bootleggers, Prohibition, carousing movie stars, tattooed bikers, the rise of yuppie pool halls — and a decades-long battle stemming from an anti-gay… -
Re: > DSS #6 (Splendor or Squalor): Feedback Thread
Here are the rest of my comments :whew Here you go! #2 - Favorite Filthy Habit - crazyphotogrpaphy Lighting and exposure are spot-on. But it spoke more "addiction" or "dirt/grime" to me. I kept wanting to see a hint of a flop house in the background. #3 - As Dirty as it Gets - Blaze A Blaze Great slimy texture on the oil.… -

Re: LPS Final Feedback Thread
Feedback for the LPS entries Steve- Thanks for posting this thread. I had put together a feedback post for the entire LPS final gallery but shelved it until the votes were done. I have not touched this doc file since then so it has not been biased by any behind-the-scenes or other posts that have followed. Hope these… -
Re: Call of the North
Call of the North (19): Gimme that rug, Desdemona! July 31 I dont know exactly why i expected this trip with so much excitement. Maybe because it's “off the beaten path”, maybe because everything is "on the edge" and has to work perfectly within narrow margins for it to happen, donno, but i was bursting with excitement.… -
Re: Oregon, Washington coasts
Highlights of the Oregon Coast. Ok Jean.... this will be a looooong post, so grab a biscuit and a cup of tea, here we go. Most of these photo's are from my trip along the Coast last summer on a trip with my wife. Some are older, many I have processed in an alternative style. I live in Oregon and make it to the coast at…
