Hello there, Looking to fill in some gaps for this year and willing to take on some contract work, referrals (with a kickback to your studio) or even some 2nd shooter work. I may also be available for a last minute fill-in in case of emergency. My main areas of business are north of Chicago to Madison but I will consider a… -
Re: Convert GIF 89 to 87a ???
Looking at the content of a GIF, I see that the "GIF89a" is right in the very first bytes. You might try using a binary editor to change that to look like the earlier version. Or you might write (or pay someone to write) some code to make a utility to make the changes. I don't have a GIF87 to look at so I can only show you… -

Re: Which Circular polarizer
Don, A polarizing filter can indeed reduce reflections, but you need a polarized light source for it to work properly. The sun is a popular source of polarized light. In order to polarize electronic flash I believe you will have to also add a polarizing filter in front of the flash itself. Then you would adjust the angle… -
Re: Need some help with domain issue
quite right!!! if you are the photographer of record, regardless of the name of the legal business entity you own, you should always copyright your work under your own name. if your business is a legal entity (ex: incorporated) it can own copyright but you relinquish that protection personally. what if that corporation… -

Well done @JAG : especially the first and third appeal to me. strong colours and repetition in the first and a contrast between different patterns and lines in the third @… -

Your photo should contain all 3 aspects (though it would be hard to find an example of a pattern without repetitions and lines, or a pattern without repetition ...) This challenge will run until March 11,…
