Re: Power and Pro users with Custom Domains take note!! - Changes needed
You don't use your file name for the photo. Go to the banner photo in it's gallery and get the actual photo link. It will look like this. Example. This photo, see photo number at the end after the # http://nuena.smugmug.com/gallery/5021787_dWos2#301812147_6UKJ8 click share photo button and I copied this.… -
Re: Transparent no more?
IE6 does not properly display transparent PNGs without some additional CSS that you don't have. Add the lines in red to your CSS: #my_banner {width: 750px;height: 180px;margin: 0 auto;background: url(http://olwick.smugmug.com/photos/437264942_mTepy-O.png)… -

Re: Adjusted Header, Slideshow no longer centered
See if you like this. Replace your header with this. (also fixes error in middle of nav)<div id="my_header"> <div id="my_banner"> </div> <div id="navcontainer"> * <a href="/">Home</a> * <a href="/Family%20Album">Family Album</a> * <a href="/MHS63%20Album">MHS63 Album</a> * <a href="/gallery/5543846_Sivmm">About Me</a> * <a… -

Re: Correct Page size
You forced the width of the screen by specifying a width of 2050px for that banner. That image is uploaded as 1024px which is still much wider than the actual image. If you switch to using the actual size of the image the generated browser window will not be so wide. If you do that you will also need to change how you are… -
Re: Bug - not sure?
I see two errors in your CSS that are preventing your navbar from working. In this block, add the missing quote mark at the end of the filter line: #my_banner {width: 1000px;height: 60px;margin: 30px;background: url(http://www.mauisurfphotography.com/photos/426308780_mdcTU-X3.png) no-repeat;_background:… -
Re: Navbar trouble
my_banner { width: 750px; height: 100px; margin: 0 auto; background: url(http://troyraymond.smugmug.com/photos/264960887_RkBh2-O.jpg) no-repeat; You may have looked at it again when I was playing with it. This is the only thing I could find. It was originally at 100. If I go 150 the navbar moves way down... It all worked… -
Re: Centering my header
Your banner is wider then the page and has extra blank area on all sides. First thing is crop off the extra white area from your banner. Then using this cropped version it should fit nicely. The auto in the margin will center whatever width (actual photo width) it is as long as smaller then the page width. #my_banner {…
