Re: Shade: finals, part I
1 I don't see her face but there's a lot of light on her back. I'd prefer she was doing this pose the other way. I also wish her hair was up... the line of her body would continue upward better if her hair didn't stunt it in the mid back... and the updo would allow more light on her neck/face etc. I don't particularly care… -
Re: Wedding Photography For The Beginner
A couple things...please no one worry about slamming me as a photographer, I have very broad shoulders and I am very well grounded as to how good or bad of photographer I really am. Besides not caring what you say about skill level, that wasn't the point of my inquiry and I would just ignore it anyways.....:D I was worried… -

I was asked how I do it...
I've been asked to share how I've been fortunate to have some of my shots in CNN, USAToday and others. As you read this, please keep in mind that I don't mean to sound like this is the way it HAS to be done, rather it's just what I've done and it seems to have worked some for me. First, I take my camera EVERYWHERE I go. I… -

Re: My Photoshop Workstation Plan
- Dual Core - SMP - Dual machine Ok, now this is an interesting idea. I could easily distribute the RAW processing amongst several computers. Computer #1 handles 1-100, computer #2 handles 101-200, etc. This would indeed be very easy. And this has given me something really concrete to go on. Thank you very much. Now the… -
Re: Too much light?
I think it would be too difficult to fix this shot in Pshop. It would require hours of work to get an acceptable image lighting-wise. On the other hand you could reshoot it in a few minutes. The biggest killer for me is the shadow on the face of the lady in the center. The light that was camera-left is too far to the side…
