Having seen some stunning portraits here with eyes that make you catch your breath I thought this could make an interesting thread.

    Gary,

    Brandon has beautiful eyes!!
And I like the idea. At the risk of being banished I'd like to say that although Andy is convinced it's all about the food :): , I think it's all about the eyes!

This is an old one from 2003 of my daughter and her best friend at the time -

You did a terrific job in catching the highlights in the friend's eye (Laughing.gif).
    Thanks for sharing!

They're certianly MY favorite pair of eyes. iloveyou.gif

The light was terrible that day, but she was to cold to argue about having her picture taken, which is a rare occurance that I of course, had to seize.
I love the expression that you caught. It's warm in spite of the cold.

    regards,

Thanks for a very interesting take on the subject. It is interesting how the geometric overlay is so complimentary to the natural curves in the image.

Image of Kasey, my girlfriend's eyes. I could probably use some photoshop help to get those whites cleaned up, but alas, I stink. ;P

Never forget the girlfriend! The first shot is compelling the contrast between the two girls and their different kind of beauty is special.
